Our seal coating and crack sealing is the best in the industry. Many of our competitors use spray-on seal coating that wears off in a short period of time. We seal coat the old-fashioned way, with liquid sealant and a hand squeegee. This process takes a little longer, but the results are dramatically different. The end result is a high quality coat that lasts much longer than the spray-on seal. Our crack sealing is also applied by hand. After filling large cracks with silica sand (1/2” from the top), we seal the crack with a high quality, hot pour, rubberized crack filler.
